# uShip vs Roadside Assist

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Roadside Assist at 100% against uShip's 35%. Roadside Assist also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). uShip's advantage is ratings volume (5K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Roadside Assist holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: uShip has 5K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
