# UB Mobile vs RIT Mobile

The clearest difference is rating: RIT Mobile at 5.0 against UB Mobile's 2.3. RIT Mobile also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 10 months). UB Mobile's advantage is ratings volume (33 vs 4) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.2). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RIT Mobile holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: UB Mobile has 33 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of UB Mobile's written reviews are positive against 42% of RIT Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UB Mobile ships an update every 10 months, RIT Mobile weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
