# Calculator # vs KingDraw

The clearest difference is rating: Calculator # at 4.6 against KingDraw's 3.3. Calculator # also leads on ratings volume (36K vs 58). KingDraw's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Calculator # sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month and KingDraw sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Calculator # holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Calculator # has 36K ratings behind it against 58, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 60% and 59% positive.

Calculator # ships an update every 2 months, KingDraw every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
