# Calculator # vs Super Calculator

The clearest difference is rating: Calculator # at 4.6 against Super Calculator's 3.0. Calculator # also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ratings volume (36K vs 2). Super Calculator's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Calculator # sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month and Super Calculator sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Calculator # holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Calculator # has 36K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Calculator # ships an update every 2 months, Super Calculator weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
