# Note vs Daily Note

The clearest difference is ads: Note at none against Daily Note's shown. Note also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 17.0). Daily Note's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 4 months). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Note sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Daily Note sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Note ships an update every 4 months, Daily Note fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
