# Tenuto vs ET

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Tenuto at 652 against ET's 2. Tenuto also leads on chart position (#4 vs unranked) and price ($4.99 vs $5.99). ET's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.8). On update cadence, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Tenuto costs $4.99 and ET $5.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ET holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tenuto has 652 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Tenuto ships an update every 3 months, ET every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
