# The Ultimate Buzzer vs Fastest Buzzer

The clearest difference is rating: Fastest Buzzer at 5.0 against The Ultimate Buzzer's 4.4. Fastest Buzzer also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). The Ultimate Buzzer's advantage is ratings volume (15K vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. The Ultimate Buzzer sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Fastest Buzzer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fastest Buzzer holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: The Ultimate Buzzer has 15K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

The Ultimate Buzzer ships an update every 2 weeks, Fastest Buzzer every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 8, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
