# Twitch vs SnapTemp

The clearest difference is ads: SnapTemp at none against Twitch's shown. Twitch's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs monthly) and chart position (#7 vs unranked). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Twitch sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and SnapTemp sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Twitch ships an update every 4 days, SnapTemp monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 11, 2026 respectively.
