# 海豚浏览器HD vs Focus

The clearest difference is rating: Focus at 4.7 against 海豚浏览器HD's 3.7. Focus also leads on ratings volume (5.2K vs 3) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). 海豚浏览器HD's advantage is review sentiment (93% vs 54%) and in-app purchases (none vs 1). On price, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. 海豚浏览器HD asks for nothing beyond the download.

Focus holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Focus has 5.2K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 93% of 海豚浏览器HD's written reviews are positive against 54% of Focus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

海豚浏览器HD ships an update every 2 months, Focus every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
