# MySpecialDay vs Frames Creative PIP in Photo

The clearest difference is ads: MySpecialDay at none against Frames Creative PIP in Photo's shown. MySpecialDay also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Frames Creative PIP in Photo's advantage is review sentiment (69% vs 47%) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). On in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

MySpecialDay costs $2.99 and Frames Creative PIP in Photo $1.99 up front. MySpecialDay sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Frames Creative PIP in Photo sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MySpecialDay holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Frames Creative PIP in Photo has 23 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of MySpecialDay's written reviews are positive against 69% of Frames Creative PIP in Photo's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MySpecialDay ships an update every 5 months, Frames Creative PIP in Photo every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
