# Splash Math vs Learning Games

The clearest difference is update cadence: Learning Games at weekly against Splash Math's every 3 weeks. Splash Math's advantage is chart position (#197 vs unranked) and ratings volume (4.5K vs 785). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Splash Math sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Learning Games sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Splash Math holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Splash Math has 4.5K ratings behind it against 785, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of Splash Math's written reviews are positive against 64% of Learning Games's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Splash Math ships an update every 3 weeks, Learning Games weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
