# CresMobile vs Badger Maps

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: CresMobile at none against Badger Maps's 2. CresMobile also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 84%). Badger Maps's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.0) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 10 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Badger Maps sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $59.99 per month. CresMobile asks for nothing beyond the download.

Badger Maps holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Badger Maps has 1.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of CresMobile's written reviews are positive against 84% of Badger Maps's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CresMobile ships an update every 10 months, Badger Maps every 9 days. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
