# Drybar vs SPACCURATE

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SPACCURATE at 75% against Drybar's 7%. SPACCURATE also leads on rating (4.4 vs 2.5). Drybar's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SPACCURATE holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Drybar has 35 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 7% of Drybar's written reviews are positive against 75% of SPACCURATE's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
