# idealista vs TIMP Express

idealista and TIMP Express both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 89% of idealista's written reviews are positive against 22% of TIMP Express's. idealista also leads on ratings volume (31K vs 4) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 10 days). TIMP Express's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ads (none vs shown). On price, rating and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. idealista sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. TIMP Express asks for nothing beyond the download.

TIMP Express holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: idealista has 31K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 89% of idealista's written reviews are positive against 22% of TIMP Express's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

idealista ships an update every 5 days, TIMP Express every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
