# idealista vs Notifica App

idealista and Notifica App both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 89% of idealista's written reviews are positive against 0% of Notifica App's. idealista also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (31K vs 1). Notifica App's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 52) and ads (none vs shown). On price, rating and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. idealista sells 38 one-off in-app purchases. Notifica App asks for nothing beyond the download.

Notifica App holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: idealista has 31K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 89% of idealista's written reviews are positive against 0% of Notifica App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

idealista ships an update every 4 days, Notifica App every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
