# Q8Car vs Cololight

The clearest difference is rating: Q8Car at 4.6 against Cololight's 1.8. Q8Car also leads on review sentiment (52% vs 10%) and ratings volume (2.5K vs 200). Cololight's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Q8Car holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Q8Car has 2.5K ratings behind it against 200, so its average is the more settled of the two.
