# Disklavier Controller vs eClicker

The clearest difference is price: Disklavier Controller at Free against eClicker's $4.99. Disklavier Controller also leads on ratings volume (26 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). eClicker's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 2.7) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 10 months). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Disklavier Controller is free to download; eClicker costs $4.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

eClicker holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Disklavier Controller has 26 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Disklavier Controller ships an update every 10 months, eClicker every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
