# Contact Exporter vs Date Today

The clearest difference is rating: Contact Exporter at 5.0 against Date Today's 3.8. Date Today's advantage is review sentiment (40% vs 0%) and monetization model (free vs paid). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Contact Exporter costs $1.99 and Date Today $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Contact Exporter holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Date Today has 90 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Contact Exporter's written reviews are positive against 40% of Date Today's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Contact Exporter ships an update every 3 weeks, Date Today weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
