# HP vs Note Plus Lite

The clearest difference is rating: HP at 4.7 against Note Plus Lite's 3.8. HP also leads on ratings volume (4.2M vs 4) and chart position (#23 vs unranked). Note Plus Lite's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (50% vs 36%). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

HP holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HP has 4.2M ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of HP's written reviews are positive against 50% of Note Plus Lite's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
