# WatchMeGrow vs Back

The clearest difference is rating: Back at 2.5 against WatchMeGrow's 2.1. Back also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). WatchMeGrow's advantage is review sentiment (23% vs 13%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Back holds the better App Store score, 2.5 against 2.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 63 and 123 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of WatchMeGrow's written reviews are positive against 13% of Back's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

WatchMeGrow ships an update every 2 months, Back every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 16, 2026.
