# FieldLevel vs TOR

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: FieldLevel at none against TOR's 5. FieldLevel also leads on ratings volume (2.6K vs 3) and chart position (#116 vs unranked). TOR's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 71%) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TOR sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. FieldLevel asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for FieldLevel against 5.0 for TOR. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FieldLevel has 2.6K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 71% of FieldLevel's written reviews are positive against 100% of TOR's.

FieldLevel ships an update every 3 months, TOR monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
