# HypnoConfidence Hypnosis vs Hypnosis

The clearest difference is rating: HypnoConfidence Hypnosis at 4.6 against Hypnosis's 3.7. HypnoConfidence Hypnosis also leads on ratings volume (88 vs 7) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 12.1). Hypnosis's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 8 months) and review sentiment (100% vs 73%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HypnoConfidence Hypnosis sells 31 one-off in-app purchases and Hypnosis sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

HypnoConfidence Hypnosis holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HypnoConfidence Hypnosis has 88 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of HypnoConfidence Hypnosis's written reviews are positive against 100% of Hypnosis's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

HypnoConfidence Hypnosis ships an update every 8 months, Hypnosis every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
