# PremiSys Mobile vs Genetec Mobile

PremiSys Mobile and Genetec Mobile both sit at 3.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of PremiSys Mobile's written reviews are positive against 14% of Genetec Mobile's. PremiSys Mobile also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 14.0). Genetec Mobile's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (38 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Genetec Mobile holds the better App Store score, 3.2 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Genetec Mobile has 38 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of PremiSys Mobile's written reviews are positive against 14% of Genetec Mobile's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PremiSys Mobile ships an update every 7 months, Genetec Mobile monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
