# Reminder & Countdown vs Forget Not

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Reminder & Countdown at none against Forget Not's 1. Forget Not's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, review sentiment, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Forget Not sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Reminder & Countdown asks for nothing beyond the download.

Reminder & Countdown ships an update every 3 months, Forget Not every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
