# Hallmark+ vs 1430 KYKN

The clearest difference is rating: Hallmark+ at 4.2 against 1430 KYKN's 3.4. Hallmark+ also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (12K vs 5). 1430 KYKN's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 8) and review sentiment (25% vs 8%). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hallmark+ sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. 1430 KYKN asks for nothing beyond the download.

Hallmark+ holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hallmark+ has 12K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 8% of Hallmark+'s written reviews are positive against 25% of 1430 KYKN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Hallmark+ ships an update monthly, 1430 KYKN every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
