# Woolworths (Pty) Ltd vs Chalé Now

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Chalé Now at 71% against Woolworths (Pty) Ltd's 16%. Chalé Now also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Woolworths (Pty) Ltd's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 3.9) and ratings volume (4.6K vs 12). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Woolworths (Pty) Ltd holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Woolworths (Pty) Ltd has 4.6K ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 16% of Woolworths (Pty) Ltd's written reviews are positive against 71% of Chalé Now's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
