The clearest difference is rating: 遠目 at 5.0 against QQ邮箱's 3.6. 遠目 also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 6) and update cadence (every 4 days vs monthly). QQ邮箱's advantage is ratings volume (738 vs 1) and chart position (#176 vs unranked). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. QQ邮箱 sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. 遠目 asks for nothing beyond the download.
