# 豆丁书房 vs 淘小说

The clearest difference is rating: 淘小说 at 4.5 against 豆丁书房's 3.5. 淘小说 also leads on review sentiment (88% vs 66%) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 3 months). 豆丁书房's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 12.0). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 豆丁书房 sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per month and 淘小说 sells 25 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

淘小说 holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 淘小说 has 53 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 66% of 豆丁书房's written reviews are positive against 88% of 淘小说's.

豆丁书房 ships an update every 3 months, 淘小说 every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
