# Impossible 7! vs Canvas Run

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Impossible 7! at none against Canvas Run's 1. Impossible 7! also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (63% vs 29%). Canvas Run's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 63 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Canvas Run sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Impossible 7! asks for nothing beyond the download.

Canvas Run holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Canvas Run has 33K ratings behind it against 48, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of Impossible 7!'s written reviews are positive against 29% of Canvas Run's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Impossible 7! ships an update every 63 months, Canvas Run fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on September 23, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
