# SmartHub vs MTC Wi

The clearest difference is rating: MTC Wi at 4.9 against SmartHub's 2.7. SmartHub's advantage is ratings volume (2K vs 27) and chart position (#125 vs unranked). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MTC Wi holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SmartHub has 2K ratings behind it against 27, so its average is the more settled of the two.
