# Traxxas Link vs FingertipRC

The clearest difference is rating: Traxxas Link at 3.7 against FingertipRC's 2.7. Traxxas Link also leads on ratings volume (295 vs 3). FingertipRC's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 40%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Traxxas Link holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Traxxas Link has 295 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of Traxxas Link's written reviews are positive against 50% of FingertipRC's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Traxxas Link ships an update every 6 weeks, FingertipRC every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
