# 大家說英語 通用版 vs EchoSpeak

The clearest difference is rating: 大家說英語 通用版 at 4.7 against EchoSpeak's 4.1. 大家說英語 通用版 also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). EchoSpeak's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 大家說英語 通用版 sells 31 in-app purchases, starting at $15.99 per 3 months and EchoSpeak sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

大家說英語 通用版 holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EchoSpeak has 27 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of 大家說英語 通用版's written reviews are positive against 80% of EchoSpeak's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

大家說英語 通用版 ships an update every 5 months, EchoSpeak fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 23, 2026.
