# Bagpipes Pro vs Drumstik

The clearest difference is price: Bagpipes Pro at $2.99 against Drumstik's $13.99. Bagpipes Pro also leads on rating (4.8 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (4 vs 1). Drumstik's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 5 months) and device support (3 vs 1). On review sentiment, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Bagpipes Pro costs $2.99 and Drumstik $13.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Bagpipes Pro holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4 and 1 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 46% of Bagpipes Pro's written reviews are positive against 53% of Drumstik's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
