# 2 Days vs TextReplacer

The clearest difference is rating: TextReplacer at 4.9 against 2 Days's 4.2. 2 Days's advantage is price ($0.99 vs $4.99) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 13.0). On review sentiment, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

2 Days costs $0.99 and TextReplacer $4.99 up front. 2 Days sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and TextReplacer sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TextReplacer holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 20 and 9 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 87% of 2 Days's written reviews are positive against 81% of TextReplacer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

2 Days ships an update monthly, TextReplacer every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
