# Deputy vs Buzzshot

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Buzzshot at 100% against Deputy's 59%. Buzzshot also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Deputy's advantage is ratings volume (5.8K vs 6) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Deputy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $59.99 per month. Buzzshot asks for nothing beyond the download.

Buzzshot holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Deputy has 5.8K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 59% of Deputy's written reviews are positive against 100% of Buzzshot's.

Deputy ships an update weekly, Buzzshot fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
