# Deputy vs COWRKS

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Deputy at 59% against COWRKS's 0%. Deputy also leads on ratings volume (6.1K vs 2) and update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks). COWRKS's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Deputy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $59.99 per month. COWRKS asks for nothing beyond the download.

COWRKS holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Deputy has 6.1K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 59% of Deputy's written reviews are positive against 0% of COWRKS's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Deputy ships an update weekly, COWRKS every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
