# BulletDrop+ vs AB Quantum

The clearest difference is rating: AB Quantum at 4.7 against BulletDrop+'s 3.9. AB Quantum also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (2.7K vs 76). BulletDrop+'s advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BulletDrop+ sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and AB Quantum sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

AB Quantum holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AB Quantum has 2.7K ratings behind it against 76, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of BulletDrop+'s written reviews are positive against 45% of AB Quantum's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

BulletDrop+ ships an update every 4 months, AB Quantum fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
