# My Data Manager VPN Security vs Secure Data

The clearest difference is rating: My Data Manager VPN Security at 4.2 against Secure Data's 2.7. My Data Manager VPN Security also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ratings volume (3.3K vs 30). Secure Data's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 63%). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Secure Data sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per 7 days. My Data Manager VPN Security asks for nothing beyond the download.

My Data Manager VPN Security holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: My Data Manager VPN Security has 3.3K ratings behind it against 30, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 63% of My Data Manager VPN Security's written reviews are positive against 100% of Secure Data's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
