# Hands vs WISC

The clearest difference is rating: Hands at 5.0 against WISC's 3.0. Hands also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and price ($2.99 vs $9.99). WISC's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 6 months) and review sentiment (50% vs 30%). On ratings volume, ads, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Hands costs $2.99 and WISC $9.99 up front. WISC sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Hands asks for nothing beyond the download.

Hands holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 30% of Hands's written reviews are positive against 50% of WISC's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Hands ships an update every 6 months, WISC every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
