# Reverie Legacy Remote vs Bed Control

The clearest difference is rating: Bed Control at 4.0 against Reverie Legacy Remote's 2.3. Reverie Legacy Remote's advantage is review sentiment (28% vs 15%) and ratings volume (27 vs 5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Bed Control holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Reverie Legacy Remote has 27 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 28% of Reverie Legacy Remote's written reviews are positive against 15% of Bed Control's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
