# Structural Navigator vs Auto RC

The clearest difference is rating: Structural Navigator at 5.0 against Auto RC's 4.5. Structural Navigator also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 8) and iOS requirement (9.1 vs 16.0). Auto RC's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months) and review sentiment (75% vs 50%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Auto RC sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Structural Navigator asks for nothing beyond the download.

Structural Navigator holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Auto RC has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Structural Navigator's written reviews are positive against 75% of Auto RC's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Structural Navigator ships an update every 5 months, Auto RC every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
