# 58同城 vs 贝壳租房

The clearest difference is rating: 58同城 at 4.3 against 贝壳租房's 1.6. 58同城 also leads on ratings volume (1.5K vs 31) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). 贝壳租房's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 68) and ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 58同城 sells 55 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per month. 贝壳租房 asks for nothing beyond the download.

58同城 holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 1.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 58同城 has 1.5K ratings behind it against 31, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of 58同城's written reviews are positive against 76% of 贝壳租房's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
