# GNZ E vs GA App

The clearest difference is monetization model: GNZ E at free with in-app purchases against GA App's subscription. GA App's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 13 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GNZ E sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month and GA App sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $49.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GNZ E ships an update every 13 months, GA App every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
