# Daily Notes vs Memoz!

The clearest difference is update cadence: Daily Notes at every 3 months against Memoz!'s every 17 months. Daily Notes also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.5). Memoz!'s advantage is review sentiment (93% vs 83%) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.0). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Daily Notes holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 143 and 99 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of Daily Notes's written reviews are positive against 93% of Memoz!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Daily Notes ships an update every 3 months, Memoz! every 17 months. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
