# Hey You vs OOSHMAN

The clearest difference is rating: Hey You at 4.7 against OOSHMAN's 1.0. Hey You also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (158 vs 1). OOSHMAN's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hey You holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hey You has 158 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of Hey You's written reviews are positive against 46% of OOSHMAN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Hey You ships an update every 9 days, OOSHMAN every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
