# MaskChange vs Elevate TV

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Elevate TV at 100% against MaskChange's 42%. Elevate TV also leads on ratings volume (6 vs 2). MaskChange's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.3) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MaskChange holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 6 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 42% of MaskChange's written reviews are positive against 100% of Elevate TV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MaskChange ships an update every 7 months, Elevate TV every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
