# Now 新聞 vs 信報書報攤

The clearest difference is ads: 信報書報攤 at none against Now 新聞's shown. 信報書報攤 also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). Now 新聞's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (40 vs 2). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 2.6 for Now 新聞 against 2.5 for 信報書報攤. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Now 新聞 has 40 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 16% of Now 新聞's written reviews are positive against 11% of 信報書報攤's.

Now 新聞 ships an update every 3 weeks, 信報書報攤 every 3 months. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
