# RIT Mobile vs WPI

The clearest difference is review sentiment: WPI at 100% against RIT Mobile's 42%. WPI also leads on ratings volume (24 vs 4) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.2). RIT Mobile's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 3.3) and update cadence (weekly vs every 6 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RIT Mobile holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WPI has 24 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 42% of RIT Mobile's written reviews are positive against 100% of WPI's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

RIT Mobile ships an update weekly, WPI every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
