# Unit Converter HD. vs Unit

The clearest difference is rating: Unit Converter HD. at 4.7 against Unit's 4.2. Unit Converter HD. also leads on ratings volume (644 vs 10) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.1). Unit's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Unit Converter HD. sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Unit sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Unit Converter HD. holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Unit Converter HD. has 644 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 94% of Unit Converter HD.'s written reviews are positive against 100% of Unit's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
