# CrazyPC Free vs BLE Terminal

The clearest difference is price: CrazyPC Free at Free against BLE Terminal's $9.99. CrazyPC Free also leads on review sentiment (86% vs 56%) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.0). BLE Terminal's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 7 months). On ads and device support there is nothing between them.

CrazyPC Free is free to download; BLE Terminal costs $9.99 up front. CrazyPC Free sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. BLE Terminal asks for nothing beyond the download.

BLE Terminal holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BLE Terminal has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of CrazyPC Free's written reviews are positive against 56% of BLE Terminal's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CrazyPC Free ships an update every 7 months, BLE Terminal every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
